About This Project

This special iconic project is one of the latest of our selected projects. We are proud to announce that we were voted a First Place award for Best Single Family Home over 3M in the 2021 GVHBA annual Georgie Awards.

Perched up on a one acre south facing property, this custom built extraordinary masterpiece was built to perfection, with no details left for the imagination. At the approach to the security gates, you see the formality, you see the grandeur.

This project required careful planning and execution like no other. The one acre site is encompassed with a 10,000 sq/ft, 5 bedroom main home with a four car garage and a separate and private 1,200 sq/ft, 2 bedroom coach house with a two car garage.
Traditional style best defines the interior of this home. The details are pronounced, intricate and overwhelming. Soaring ceilings, two-storey windows, grand spaces and rich tones describes it best. What wasn’t forgotten in the process was fusing the glamour with with all the modern day engineering techniques, efficiencies, and technologies that aren’t visible at a quick glance.
The combination of exterior materials of stone, concrete and stucco, all in a neutral colour palette, complement the natural surroundings.
